Mobility, Strength, and Movement: Assessment and Corrective Strategies for Coaches and Athletes

Moving properly is one of the keys to maximizing performance. Learn how to identify and address the issues that prevent people from moving the way they should. Whether you're a coach or an athlete, this presentation will give you valuable tools to improve performance, reduce pain, and avoid injury.

The presentation will consist of three parts: the introductory session will present the "hows" and "whys" of movement; part two will outline usable strategies for coaches and athletes to incorporate corrective exercise in a performance setting; we'll finish up with a hands-on demonstration of how to unlock the ankles, hips, and shoulders to benefit nearly any movement.
